GROUPS

• Ages: 7-16. (Older youth can contact us about being a guide assistant.)

• Cities: Please check the ride calendar to see which areas Geerz groups are held.

• Dates and Sessions: The program is designed to run throughout the school

calendar year. There are thirty sessions of 90 minutes each over the course of the year.
All rides start after school according to the ride calendar posted on our website. In the
event that rain or other circumstances force us to reschedule sessions, they will be
made up at an appropriate time during the year.

• Corona and Sessions Cancellations: Geerz strictly adheres to all health and

safety guidelines published by the Ministry of Health. In the event that, due to
unforeseen circumstances such as a prolonged lockdown, we are forced to cancel more
sessions than we can reschedule at a later date, you will receive a tuition refund on a
prorated basis based on the amount that you have paid and the number of sessions that
were missed.

 

Registration

1. Please fill out the online registration form.
2. Upon completing the online form you will be sent a confirmation e-mail with

instructions of what your child(ren) needs to bring with them each ride and the bike
guidelines that are required to participate.

3. Your child will be placed in a group based on the following criteria: age, safety, skills

and ability. If there are not enough participants to form a group with your child's age
and skill level, then you will be informed of your options before we place your child
into a group.

4. You will be informed of your child(ren)'s specific time and meeting location closer to

the start of the riding season, after groups have been formed.

5. Please note that registration does not guarantee your child a spot, as groups fill up quickly. We

will make every effort to accommodate all families.

Cost

• The annual tuition for Geerz is 1,800 ₪. Please note that we are able to offer this modest tuition, which is highly subsidized, because we are fortunate to have generous donors who help defray the cost of the program in order to make it affordable to everyone. The actual annual cost per child for Geerz is 4500 ₪. If you are in a financial position to pay more of the actual cost, we would greatly appreciate your doing so, although you are under no obligation to pay more than the actual tuition.

• (Certain locations in Israel may incur a higher price due to higher costs of running the

program in that city.)

• There is an additional 200 ₪ registration fee. This registration fee covers insurance,​ a Geerz riding shirt, and basic bike maintenance required during a ride, including inner tubes to repair flats that occur during the ride. Please note that the registration fee is non-refundable.

• Early Bird Registration Discount: If you register before August 25th of the upcoming riding season there will be a discount of 100 ₪ off the registration fee.

Discounts

• Discounts are available to families experiencing financial difficulty.

• In order to qualify for a discount, a letter from your community Rav or Kupah on

official letterhead confirming your situation will need to be provided.

• Families receiving a discount agree to fill out a survey at the end of the year.

• Families will indicate the discount amount requested, and this will be taken into

consideration when the discount application is evaluated.
Payment

• Payment can be made online by credit card, or by horaat keva, check or cash.

• Payment can be made in one payment, or can be prorated over a maximum of 10 installments, to be completed no later than the end of July of that riding season.

• Cancellation of a transaction in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Cancellation of a Transaction) Regulations, 2010 and the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981.

Deposit

• Children who register and are accepted are welcome to attend the first session of the

season as a free trial ride.

• However, a non-refundable 50 ILS deposit per child is required to secure a spot and

receive the Geerz riding jersey, which is mandatory for all sessions.

• This deposit will be applied towards the total amount due for families who decide to

remain.

• However, please note that the balance due must be paid or arranged in full in order to

attend any further sessions.

 בסיום מלוי הטופס אונליין ישלח לכם אשור בדוא"ל עם הוראות על מה צריך הילד להביא אתו לכל רכיבה וקוי יסוד כדי להשתתף

 .ילדך ישובץ לקבוצה על פי הקריטריונים הבאים: גיל, בטיחות, מיומנות, ויכולות. אם אין מספיק ילדים ליצור קבוצה לגיל ורמת מיומנות, נודיע לכם על האופציות לפני שיבוץ הילד לקבוצה

 נודיע לכם על זמני הרכיבות הספציפיות לילדכם ומקומות המפגש, קרוב יותר למועד תחילת עונת הרכיבה, לאחר החלוקה לקבוצות

 שים לב שההרשמה אינה מבטיחה לילדך מקום, שכן הקבוצות מתמלאות במהירות. אנו נעשה כל מאמץ כדי להתאים את עצמנו לכל משפחה

​​עלות:

הודות לנדיבות התורמים שלנו, משתתפי תוכנית גירז נהנים מהתוכנית האיכותית שלנו במחיר דומה חוגים אחרים של שעות אחר הצהריים בעיר. העלות בפועל לילד עבור התוכנית הטיפולית המקצועית של גיירז הינה 4,500 ₪

​

מחיר לחוג הרכיבה של גירז הוא 1800 ₪ לשנה עבור קבוצות בארץ, אלא אם כן למיקום שלך יש מימון נוסף.

מחיר החוג עלול להיות גבוה יותר במקומות מסוימים בארץ בשל עלויות גבוהות יותר של הפעלת התוכנית באותה עיר*

ישנה תוספת תשלום בסך 200 ₪. דמי ההרשמה כולל ביטוח, חולצת רכיבה אחת של גירז ותחזוקת אופניים בסיסית הנדרשת במהלך רכיבה, כולל גלגלים פנימיים לתיקון פנצ'רים המתרחשים במהלך הרכיבה

הנחת רישום מוקדמת: אם תרשמו לפני ה-25 באוגוסט, תהיה הנחה של 100 ₪ דמי הרשמה

הנחות ניתנות למשפחות הנמצאות במצוקה כלכלית

על מנת להיות זכאי להנחה, חייב מכתב מרב הקהילה שלך או קופת הצדקה על נייר מכתבים רשמי המאשר  את המצב הכלכלי שלך

משפחות המקבלות הנחה מסכימות למלא סקר בסוף השנה

משפחות יציינו את סכום ההנחה המבוקש, וזה יילקח בחשבון בעת הערכת בקשת ההנחה

:תשלום

.אפשר לבצע תשלום אונליין בכרטיס אשראי, או הוראת קבע, צ'ק או מזומן

ניתן לשלם בתשלום אחד, או עד ל- 10 תשלומים שיסתיימו לא יאוחר מיולי של אותה עונת רכיבה.

ביטול עסקה בהתאם לתקנות הגנת הצרכן (ביטול עסקה), התשע"א-2010 וחוק הגנת הצרכן, התשמ"א-1981.

:פקדון

ילדים שנרשמים ומתקבלים, יכולים להצטרף לרכיבה הראשונה בעונה כרכיבת ניסיון חופשי

עם זאת, נדרש פיקדון שאינו ניתן להחזר בסך 50 ₪ לילד כדי להבטיח את מקומו ולקבל את חולצת הרכיבה של גירז, שהיא חובה לכל המפגשים

פיקדון זה יחול על הסכום הכולל למשפחות המחליטות להישאר

עם זאת, שים לב כי יש לשלם את יתרת המחיר או להסדיר את אופן התשלומים על מנת להשתתף בכל המפגשים הבאים
